To demonstrate our confidence in the quality of our products, we are pleased to provide a warranty on all of our products. This warranty is effective from the date of purchase by the buyer. The warranty covers material defects in materials, workmanship, and performance of any datouboos product under normal use and service. If any datouboos product fails to meet the quality standards stated in this limited warranty (as determined by our technical support team), we will repair or replace the defective product with a new or refurbished product. The replacement product will be compatible with the original product and have the same or greater power rating. In some cases, a refund may be made if repair or replacement is not possible. Please note that this warranty follows the guidelines of the limited warranty and is accompanied by a table detailing the warranty replacement costs for prorated warranty items. The warranty will be void if the product is disassembled, installed, or operated improperly.       Additional Notes:
 1: If the original order was delivered to mainland Europe and then shipped by the buyer to an address in Europe or outside of Europe, the buyer will be responsible for any additional return shipping costs.

2: datouboos is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but the buyer has not received it, please report the problem according to the instructions on the carrier's tracking page. 3: Products must be returned to the datouboos warehouse and tested and verified by our technical support team before a refund, exchange or discount can be made.
